Is your designs true to size?
Our sizing is true to size. If your are still unsure please refer to our size chart in the footer menu, or contact us info@hadithelabel.com for further assistance!
When will my order be fulfilled
We ask for 1-5 business days to fulfill all orders. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please use our contact page to contact us.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been shipped we are unable to alter or cancel it. However, if you need to change or update details such as your shipping info please email us info@hadithelabel.com.
Do you offer refunds & returns?
Returns - You are welcome to return your order as long as you meet the following requirements:
- Must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
- Must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Must be returned with swing tag and packaging
You are then welcome to swap for something different or receive store credit.
Refunds - Refunds are only offered on faulty items. Please contact info@hadithelavel.com regarding returns or refunds
